Buildings

Cleaning and maintenance of existing structures

Planning and development of new building work

Acquisition of fixtures and fittings
Financial

Collection and banking of all offerings and gifts

Payment of all church expenses

Preparation of Financial accounts for statutory
purposes

Presentation of regular updates on Finances to the
membership
Secretarial

Recording of the minutes of all church meetings

Maintenance of membership lists

Receipt and actioning of all correspondence
Organisational

Ensuring that Door Stewards are available at all relevant
meetings to greet people

Ensuring that bread and wine is available at all
designated Communion services

Ensuring that refreshments are available at all relevant
meetings and that there are stewards to serve
